تقریبا دو هفته‌ای هست که هنگام بروزرسانی ، قبل از نمایش بروزرسانی های معرفی شده توسط آپدیتر ، پیغامی به نمایش در میاد با این عنوان که دریافت اطلاعات با مشکل مواجه شده آیا میخواهید این موضوع را گزارش بدهید؟ (تقریبا همچین مضمونی داره :D )
خب تکرار این موضوع واقعا ناراحت کننده است اما باز هم از کنارش گذشتم به این امید که با بروزرسانی مشکل برطرف میشه. اما بروزرسانی ها مشکل رو برطرف نکرده و حالا از دیروز پیغام جدیدی روی نوار بالایی اوبونتو با علامت تعجب زرد رنگ به نمایش در میاد که عکسش رو پیوست کردم. کس دیگری هم این مشکل رو داره؟ مشکل از کجاست و چجوری باید حلش کرد؟

فراموش کردم بگم اوبونتوی من نسخه‌ی 14.04 هستش و Error که هنگام بروزرسانی میده بیشتر روی repository information تاکید داره که یعنی مخازن خارج از آپدیت یا دسترسی هستن. نسخه‌ی بروز که مخازنش بسته نمیشه. میشه؟
ضمنا از همون زمان دو هفته پیش تاکنون همیشه هنگام روشن کردن سیستم و باز شدن صفحه‌ی دسکتاپ Error مبنی بر اینکه در سیستم مشکلی هست گزارش میدهید نمایش داده . 3 مرتبه پشت سر هم و من هم گاهی از گزارش استفاده میکنم شاید مشکل حل بشه ک نمیشه!!

وقتی گزینه show updates رو میزنی چه اتفاقی میفته
تر مینال رو باز کن و این دو تا دستور رو بزن ببین هر کدوم چه خطاهایی میده و اینجا پیغام ها رو بذار
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

ظاهرا مشکل از Cairo هستش!! ولی من دارم آخرین نسخه‌ش رو استفاده میکنم.نسخه‌ی قدیمیش نیست که مخزنش عوض بشه. ضمن اینکه رفتم تو سایتش خبری نبود یا اگر بود من متوجه نشدم!!

مشکل از این هست

شما یه مخزن اضافه کردی که مشکل داره که اسمش در بالا اومده
software center رو باز کن و از منوی edit برو به software sources و بعد وارد زبانه other software بشو و تیک این مخزن رو بردار و دوباره دستور update رو از ترمینال انجام بده و مشکل احتمالا حل بشه

اگه تیکش رو بردارم که دیگه داکی بروز نمیشه!

1-پیشنهاد دوستمون رو اجرا کنید و تیک ها رو بردارید.
2-سرور خودتون رو عوض کنید.(مثلا امریکا رو انتخاب کنید.)
3-دستور زیر رو تو ترمینال اجرا کنید:
sudo apt-get -f install

cairo داخل مخازن رسمی اوبونتو هست و اگر در مخزن اوبونتو ورژن جدید تست بشه و وارد بشه آپدیت میشه فقط یه کم دیرتر
