با کمک این آموزش

mpich-3.1 نصب کردم error خاصی هم نه داد. بعد lammps بدون خطا کامپایل کردم.
از اون به بعد وقتی میخوام از mpirun استفاده کنم

قبلا mpirun کار میکرد ولی الان کلا از کار افتاد ](*,)
راستی فقط روی یه سیستم اجرا میکنم
