با سلام و خسته نباشید
من هم مثل خیلیا به صورت کاملا اتفاقی با لینوکس اشنا شدم و چند روزه که نصبش کردم و از این پشتیبانی جهانی که داره واقعا از حیرت انگشت در دهان گزیدم
اولین مشکلی هم که برام پیش اومد (در نسخه ubuntu 9.4)طبیعتا سبک متفاوت لینوکس بود (الان هم حسرت میخورم که کاش تو این چند سال به جای ویندوز از لینوکس استفاده میکردم لااقل اینطوری سواد کامپیوتریم بیشتر بود)
خوب با عرض معذرت من اول کار چند سوال دارم اینکه وقتی میخواستم به اینترنت وصل بسیار مشکل پیدا کردم با با مودم دایال اپ طبق اموزشهای ویکی هم که خواستم برم نشد
مشکل اولم این بود وقتی چیزی رو میخواستم وارد کنم مثلا
$ sudo sh -c "echo ltserial >> /etc/modules"
$ sudo sh -c "echo ltmodem >> /etc/modules"
(مهمترین سوالم)ترمینال از من پسورد یوزر رو میخواد ولی مشکلی که هست دیگه ترمینال قفل میشه نه میشه چیزی توش نوشت و نه کپی کرد البته قبل ازوارد کردن موضوع اینطوری نبود و وقتی موضوع رو کپی کردم این اتفاق افتاد(مهمترین سوالم)
دوم من چونکه ترمینال علامت $ رو داره تو نوشته های ویکی این علامتهارو برمیدارم یعنی اگه برندارم قبول نمیکنه ایا کار درستی هست
و یک مشکل عمده من اینه که من کلا هیچی نمیتونم یعنی بلد نیستم تو لینوکس نصب کنم
ایا دوستان به جز ویکی (که نوشته هاش خوبه ولی به نظر من یکم گیج کنندست و سطح بالاست) چیزی برای معرفی دارند کلا دوستان حرفه ای که زحمت میکشند اگه بتونند یه چیز منسجم اموزشی فارسی درست کنند خیلی خوب میشه
و اخرین مشکلم در این پست که زیاد مزاحم دوستان نشم من گرافیکم gforce 8500 nvidia که لینوکس نتوسنسته نصبش کنه لطفا کامل راهنمایی کنید
باز پوزش میخوام زیاد مزاحم دوستان شدم و امیدوارم دوستان جوابای منو کامل بدند چون نیاز دارم ممنون

سلام
برای تغییر پسورد روت چون از sudo استفاده میکنی این کارو کن
sudo -i
passwd
بعد هم پسورد اول خودتو که موقع نصب دادی بزن و عوض کن
برای نصب هرچیزی هم از سیناپتیک می تونی استفاده کنی و هم از software center
برای درایورت هم اول پکیج هاتو آپدیت کن اگه نصب نکرد بگرد تو انجمن. چند تا پست هست که واسه نصبش باید از سایت خود انودیا دانلود کنی

این راهنمایی که برای مودم‌های دایال‌آپ می‌گم توی ۱۰.۰۴ و ۹.۱۰ امتحان شده و کار کرده احتمالا توی ۹.۰۴ و قبلش هم کار می‌کنه.
۱- ایتدا شما باید دو پکیج از اینترنت دانلود کنید که من لینک‌هاش رو پایین می‌ذارم:

اول از همه باید آلسا درایور رو از حالت زیپ در بیارید که برای این کار روی آلسا درایور کلیک کرده و گزینه‌ی extract رو بزنید.
روی alsa-driver-linuxant_1.0.23.0_all.deb کلیک کرده و گزینه install package رو بزنید.( این مرحله مدتی طول می‌کشد )
کامپیوتر را ریست کنید.
به همان صورت که گفته شد فایل hsfmodem رو هم از حالت زیپ در بیارید.
بعد از بالا آمدن دوباره‌ی کامپیوتر وارد ترمینال شوید و دستور زیر را تایپ کنید:
cd Desktop/hsfmodem-7.80.02.05-DiacoEdition
sudo make installدر این مرحله هر سوالی که از شما پرسید را اینتر بزنید.
sudo hsfconfigو بعد:
sudo rebootبا دستور ریبوت کامپیوتر شما ریست می‌شود و بعد از بالا آمدن آن برنامه gnome-ppp رو از Software Center نصب کنید و وارد شوید.
اگر از شماره خانه و بدون کارت استفاده می‌کنید برنامه را اینگونه پر کنید:
username:a
password:a
phone number:9092303939و اگر از کارت استفاده می‌کنید اطلاعات کارت را وارد کرده و سپس به منوی setup رفته و در برگه option در قسمت conecction همه‌ی گزینه‌ها به جز گزینه‌ی اول و آخر را تیک بزنید.
توجه داشته باشید که هنگام استفاده از برنامه‌ی gnome-ppp باید وارد ترمینال شده و دستور زیر را بزنید:
sudo gnome-ppp امید وارم به دردتون بخوره البته این راهنمایی که کردم برای مودم‌های لب‌تاب هاست و در مورد مودم‌هایی که به کامپیوتر وصلند معمولا شناخته می‌شوند اگر مودمتون از نوع دومه کمی بیشتر توضیح بدید.

در مورد علامت $ هم کار درستی میکنی.
در مورد NVIDIA هم همون طور که دوست عزیزمون گفت تو انجمن‌ها بگردی راهنما هست.

وقتی از دستور sudo استفاده میکنی، ترمینال قفل نمیشه، مکان نما cursor سرجاش می‌مونه و منتظر نوشتن پاسورد میشه. و هر چی تایپ کنی سرجاش می‌مونه و ستاره یا پاسورد رو تو خروجی نمی‌زاره. تو این حالت پاسورد رو وارد میکنی و کلید Enter رو می‌زنی
و یک مشکل عمده من اینه که من کلا هیچی نمیتونم یعنی بلد نیستم تو لینوکس نصب کنم
برنامه‌ها می‌تونن از طریق برنامه Synaptic Package Manager نصب بشن. که می‌تونی آموزش نصب رو تو لینک پایین ببینی.

کلا این اول‌ها خیلی کم پیش میاد که ما از رو کد برنامه نصب کنیم، نیازی هم نیست.

دستتون درد نکنه
با اجزتون من به چند تا مشکل بر خوردم
بعد از بالا آمدن آن برنامه gnome-ppp رو از Software Center نصب کنید و وارد شوید.
این مرحلش نشد یرنامه ها رو به هزار زحمت تونستم نصب کنم ولی از اینجا به بعدش برام گنگ بود اول از همه ام این software center کجاست من هر چی گشتم نتونستم پیدا کنمش و بعدش او کدی رو هم که گفته بودید ارور داد
در مورد مودم هم واسه من پی سی ای دایال اپ هست ویندوز مودمم رو به این اسم شناخته lucent win modem
البته من طبق گفته های ویکی هم پیش رفتم نشد یعنی خیلی گنگ و سطح بالا توضیح داده فقط برنامه اسکن مودم هم مودم رو اینجور شناخته

The primary PCI ID is that of the host audio or modem controller, which can support diverse Subsystems. It is the chipset of the Subsystem which determines the software needed.
ModemTesting.txt SHOULD be read, but after drivers have been installed.
InfoGeneral.txt has general information about the status of winmodem support under Linux,
Do read it if ModemData.txt reports that your current modem is not supported under Linux.

من که سعی کردم دستورالعملی که ویکی برای مودم های lucent گفته بود رو انجام بدم ولی اصلا نشد حالا از دوستان خواهش مبرم دارم که خیلی به زبان ساده و ذره ذره توضیح بدن که مشکل ما هم حل بشه
ثواب داره
در ضمن من اصلا نمیدونم موددمم و کلا کدوم سخت افزارم نصبه کدوم نیست ایا راهی هست بشه فهمید

شما منوی اصلی رو روی پنل بالایی باز کنید آخرین گزینه software center هستش . برای نصب افلاین شما باید مخازن اوبونتو رو بخرید و از مخازن محلی استفاده کنید .

البته بهتره اول طبق روشِ خود سایتی که فایل رو گرفتی عمل کنی یا راهنمایی که معمولا به اسم install تو پوشه برنامه می‌زارن. اگه چیزی پیدا نکردی از روش بالا استفاده کن.
