سلام
من در فایرفاکس یا برنامه تلگرام، اینترنت دارم و بدون مشکل استفاده می کنم، اما خود اوبونتو میگه که اینترنت نداره! و هیچ سروری کار نمیکنه یعنی کلا خود اوبونتو اینترنت نداره! اینو چیکارش کنم؟ چند جایی پرسیدم گفتن مشکل DNS داری. این مشکل بعد از حذف کردن تور به وجود اومده

من فکر میکنم مشکل از لیست مخازن سیستم‌عامل باشه با دستور ریز چک کن ببین مشکلی نداره.

فکر میکنم این روش کمکت کنه قبل از انجام این کارا مطمئن شو که پراکسی تنظیم نکرده باشی.
۱- برنامه software & update رو باز کن
۲- از قسمت update software منوی download from رو باز کن و فکر میکنم بعدش باید بزنی رو other
۳- توی پنجره جدید از قسمت سمت راست روی select best server کلیک کن
۴- صبر کن تا سرور جدید رو انتخاب کنه
۵- بعد از اتمام کار برنامه sofware & update رو ببند و بعدش رو reload کلیک کن بعدش صبر کن تا مخازنت دوباره بروزرسانی بشن.

شما DNS رو به Ip دیگه تغییر بده آموزشش رو اینجا (https://forum.ubuntu-ir.org/index.php/topic,147297.0.html) گذاشتم. فکر میکردم اینترنت داری چون اگه DNS مشکل داشته باشه firefox نباید کارکنه یه احتمال دیگه این میتونه باشه که پراکسی تنظیم کرده باشی! ولی شما DNS رو به nameserver 9.9.9.9 تغییر بده ببین مشکل برطرف میشه یا نه.
