متاسفانه تو صفحه لاگین lightdm میزکارهای دیگه نشون داده نمیشن. lightdm رو چند بار پاک کرده و دوباره نصب کردم ولی مشکلی همچنان هست.میخواستم gdm رو نصب و فعال کنم که متاسفانه سیستم کلا بالا نیومد و مجبور شدم دوباره lightdm رو انتخاب کنم. لطفا بگین چیکار کنم اینو.

اول دستور زیر رو بزنین ببینین مشکلتون حل می شه یا نه ؟
sudo dpkg-reconfigure lightdmاگه حل نشد اول خروجی این دستور رو بذارین :
ls /usr/share/xsessions/*.desktopدر ضمن بگین که کدوم میزکارها نصب هستن ولی نیشون داده نمی شن

با کد اول چند بار gdm رو انتخاب کردم و کار نکرد و مجبور شدم با همون روش دوباره lightdm رو انتخاب کنم

ممکنه مشکل از نحوه ی نصب میزکارها باشه و درست نصب نشده باشن پس شما این چن تا کار رو انجام بدین :
1.خروجی این دستور رو بذارین :
dpkg -l | grep gnomeدر ضمن بگین اون unity8-lxc رو چطوری نصب کردین ؟ از طریق snap یا ppa ؟ چون تا جایی که من اطلاع دارم پکیجی که بتونه unity8-lxc.desktop رو بسازه تو مخازن رسمی اوبونتو 16.04 نیست ولی محض اطمینان خروجی این دستورات رو بذارین :
dpkg -S /usr/share/xsessions/unity8-lxc.desktop
dpkg -l | grep unity8
2.برای اینکه تست کنیم که مشکل از میزکارها هستش یا lightdm این دستورات رو بزنین
اگه میزکار گنوم رو سیستم شما درست نصب شده باشه بعد زدن این دستورات بدون نیاز به تعویض session توی lightdm باید برین توی گنوم :
sed -i 's/ubuntu/gnome/g' .dmrc
sudo service lightdm restartحالا بعد وارد کردن رمزتون باید به میزکار گنوم برین اگه همه چی اوکی بود اطلاع بدین
در ضمن اگه به مشکل خوردین (ناشی از درست نصب نشدن گنوم) اگه ممکن باشه از طریق lightdm میزکار رو عوض کنین و اگه ممکن نبود به محیط tty برین و این دستورات رو بزنین :
sed -i 's/gnome/ubuntu/g' .dmrc
sudo service lightdm restartو باز هم نتیجه رو اعلام کنین

این رو که میزنم
sed -i 's/ubuntu/gnome/g' .dmrc
sudo service lightdm restart
مستقیم باز نمیکنه و صفحه lightdm میاد
اینارو هم که زدم تو محیط tty
sed -i 's/gnome/ubuntu/g' .dmrc
sudo service lightdm restart
lightdm باز همون قبلیه و تغییر نکرد.
من قبلا این مشکل رو نداشتم. توزیع رو که عوض کردیم، قبلش از فایل های deb موجود در کش ، بک آپ گرفته بودم. بعد از نصب اوبونتو، اینارو دوباره با sudo dpkg -i *.deb نصب کردم. بعد دیدم که این مشکل به وجود اومده. gdm رو که نصب میکنم، سیستم کلا بالا نمیاد و تو لوگوی اوبونتو میمونه.

میزکار گنوم کامل نصب نشده دستور زیر رو بزنین تا پکیج های اضافی که لازم هستن ولی نصب نشدن ، نصب بشن:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install --reinstall ubuntu-gnome-desktopبعدش می تونین انتخاب کنین dm تون gdm باشه یا lightdm (تو پروسه ی نصب درخواستش ظاهر می شه)
پکیج unity8-lxc تو مخازن رسمی نیستش اگه می خواین پاکش کنین (که من توصیه ام همینه چون یونیتی 8 به خودی خود ، فعلا پایداری کافی نداره چه برسه به اینکه از ppa بخواد نصب بشه) ولی اگه اصرار دارین ، اونو هم باید دوباره نصبش کنین تا درست بشه :
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:unity8-desktop-session-team/unity8-preview-lxc
sudo apt update
sudo apt install --reinstall unity8-lxc
sudo unity8-lxc-setup
در ضمن من نگفتم با زدن دستور sed -i 's/ubuntu/gnome/g' .dmrc خودکار می رین توی گنوم ! (برای اینکار باید در کنار دستور قبل ، auto-login هم توی کانفیگ lightdm برای یوزر شما تعریف بشه که من چنین کاری نکرده بودم)
گفتم بدون نیاز به تعویض session (از محیط greeter) میرین توی گنوم یعنی اول باید پسوردتون رو بزنین بعدش برین توی گنوم حتی اینو هم نوشته بودم :
حالا بعد وارد کردن رمزتون باید به میزکار گنوم برین اگه همه چی اوکی بود اطلاع بدین

ویرایش : اگه دوست دارین unity8 رو تجربه کنین بهتره پکیج unity8-desktop-session-mir رو نصب کنین تا یه پکیج خارج از مخازن :
sudo apt install unity8-desktop-session-mir

زدم ابزارهای مورد نیاز گنوم دوباره نصب شه که آخرش اینو داد
Error: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.Spawn.ChildExited: Launch helper exited with unknown return code 1

می شه خروجی رو کامل بذارین دقیقا متن کامل خروجی چی بودش ؟

دو بار ریستارت کردم، ارور نمیده الان ولی یه چیز جالب که لوگوی اوبونتو عوض شده! :)
مشکل lightdm هم پا برجاست هنوز

عوض شدن اون splash screen مشکلی نداره اگه قبلیه رو دوست دارین می تونین دوباره برگردونینش
ولی در مورد میزکار ، دوباره این دستورات رو تست کنین :
sed -i 's/ubuntu/gnome/g' .dmrc
sudo service lightdm restart
حالا پسوردتون رو بزنین و با یوزرتون لاگین کنین الان سیستم با میزکار گنوم درست بالا میاد ؟

نشد باز. روی آیکن اوبونتو در صفحه لاگین که کلیک میکنم تا لیست میزکارها رو نشون بده، هیچی نمیاد.
