دانلود کردم ولی موقع نصب نمی دونم چجوری باید نصب کرد؟
مراحل نصب ش رو از تو فایل داخل خود پکیج کپی می کنم اینجا ممنون میشم راهنمایی کنید

Configuring VLC
===============
A typical way to configure VLC is:
./configure
See `./configure --help' for more information.
If you intend to debug stuff, you may want to compile with debugging
symbols:
make distclean ; ./configure --enable-debug
We recommend using GCC to build VLC, though some people reported success
with the Intel C compiler (version 8) as well. GCC version 4.8 or higher is
required. On older systems (e.g. FreeBSD 4.x), please select a more recent
version manually by setting the CC and CXX environment variables
appropriately while running the ./configure shell script.
Building VLC
============
Once configured, run `make' to build VLC.
Installing and running VLC
==========================
You can install the VLC and its plugins by typing:
make install
But you don't need to install it if you don't want to; VLC can be launched
from the current directory as well:
./vlc
Building packages
=================
To build a Debian package, you need to get the packaging info
git clone git://git.debian.org/pkg-multimedia/vlc.git debian
and then
git-buildpackage

شما نیازی نیست خودتون برنامه رو Build کنید. یک ترمینال باز کنید و بزنید:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install vlc
باید نصب بشه. مگر اینکه مخازن universe رو سیستم شما فعال نباشه. در این صورت اینجا رو ببینید:

این کارا چیه می کنی ؟

نصب می شه خودش....

سیستم من مشکل داره نمیتونم به اینترنت وصل بشم باید فایل رو دانلود کنم بعد نصب کنم من نا قسمت cnfigureمی رم ولی نمی دونم منظور از run makeتو قسمت 3چی هست ممنون میشم راهنمایی کنید

بهتره مشکل اتصال به اینترنت را در یک تاپیک جداگانه مطرح کنید تا مشکل حل شود.
این کاری هم که شما میخواید انجام بدید نصب برنامه نیست بلکه کامپایل آن است که هم خیلی زمان بر و سخت است و هم به اینترنت احتیاج دارد.

وقتی یه نرم افزار توی مخزن هست چرا باید از بیرون نصبش کنی؟ راحت از مخزن بنصب دیگه. نه ریسک داره نه چیز دیگ.
