خیلی sources.list بهم ریخته.
هرچی پرونده در

/etc/apt/sources.list.d
هستو پاک کنید
بعد برید پرونده etc/apt/sources.list/ را ببینید که تغیری نکرده باشه. اگه تغیری کرده اونو هم درست کنید و بعد پرونده رو ذخیره کنید و بعد

sudo apt update دیگه هم مخزن خارجی اضافه نکنید.

به میرور هات چیز های اشتباه اضافه کردی یا از سایت هایی کپی کردی و متوجه نشدی.مثلا این رو باید حذف کنی:

https://example.com/apt stable بقیش مشکل آن چنان نداره فقط این رو درست کنی خوب میشه.
و راستی freedownloadmanager  هم چند وقت پیش میگفتن بدافزار پیدا کرده نسخه اوبونتوش.اون و مخزنش هم پاک کن.

سوالت در واقع یعنی «می خوام چیز بیشتری یاد بگیرم یا ترجیح می دم صورت مساله رو پاک کنم». گزینه دوم هم مشکلی نداره. آدم گاهی می خواد سریعتر برگرده به حالت عادی. ولی در دنیای لینوکس صد در صد خطاها قابل حل هستن. تنها بحث اینه که چقدر می خوای عمیق بشی و تلاش کنی و یاد بگیری. اینجا خطاها فرصتی برای یاد گرفتن و پیشرفت هستن.

مرحلهٔ ۱: هرچیزی توی /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ هست رو پاک کن
مرحلهٔ ۲: با برنامهٔ software ans sources یه آینهٔ دیگه تنظیم کن
