میشه یه توضیح کوتاه بدید که مشکل از کجا و چی بود ؟
و توضیحی هم در خصوص دستوری که دادید و اینکه چه کاری انجام داد این دستور بدهید ؟

خب شما اول باید بدونید که در آدرس /var/lib/apt/lists چی وجود داره ؟!
یه خروجی ازش بگیرید :
ls /var/lib/apt/lists

E:Encountered a section with no Package
E:Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/ir.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_precise-proposed_main_i18n_Translation-en
E:The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened
قسمت اول و سوم که ترجمه کنید متوجه می شوید و در قسمت دوم اشاره به عامل خطا می باشد .
من به صورت کلی, با دو دستور, لیست رو پاک و آپدیت کردم .
بهتر بود دوستمون رو با این دستور راهنمایی می کردم :
rm /var/lib/apt/lists/ir.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_precise-proposed_main_i18n_Translation-en
آپشن f- و v- به ترتیب اشاره به force و verbose دارد .
در کل این نوع پیغام ها برای کاربران گنو/لینوکس آشناست !خودم این مشکل رو داشتم .
