بالاخره یه توزیع بدرد بخور پیدا شد.

Because boot/OS and (optionally) configuration [in a tarball] are stored on read-only media, Devil-Linux offers high security with easy and safe upgrades, the system being fully configurable with no writeable system device. If hard drive(s) are added for data storage, LVM is standard (easing expansion and backup) and software Raid is straightforward. Virtual machine use is also well supported, with VMware modules built-in.

Linux. The future of Devil-Linux will go far beyond an ordinary Router, we will provide lot's of other services, but the Distribution will still be easy and fast to maintain and to update.

این رو میگن یه توزیع هدف دار که من قبولش دارم و مثال خوبیه برای کسایی که میگن نباید توزیع زد. این جمله خیلی مهمه:
تمرکزش بروی فایروال و روتینگ ... هست

BSD ها در این زمینه فعال تر بودن :
1-m0n0wall - یک فایروال قدرتمند به همراه رابط تحت وب
2- FreeNAS - یک NAS بسیار خوب و باز هم با رابط تحت وب
3- TrueOS - یک سیستم عامل عالی برای سرور (شرکت iXSystems که PC-BSD رو ایجاد کرده این هم ساخته)
4- OpenBSD - خوراک Pentest و Firewall
5- FreeBSD - نصب کن و هرکاری دلت خواست انجام بده :o
6- NetBSD - حتی روی خودت هم نصب میشه ;)
