سلام.مدتیه در مورد کپی رایت بازی های نینتندو برام سوال پیش اومده، همون طور که میدونید یه سری سایت ها هستن که دارن اینجور بازی ها رو بصورت رایگان منتشر میکنن که معروف ترینشون http://coolrom.com/ هست. من نمیدونم چرا شرکت نینتندو از این سایت ها شکایت نمیکنه؟ مگه کارشون غیر قانونی نیست؟ البته فکر کنم جواب سوالم رو پیدا کردم. ولی به زبون انگلیسی. من هم که انگلیسیم ضعیفه متاسفانه. توی این لینک

نه میزبان رو میشه شناسایی کرد و نه صاحب سایت همه مشخصات داده شده قیک هست و برای خالی نبودن عریضه آورده شده
ولی با توجه به بنر تبلیغاتی سمت راست سایت میشه گفت سایت ایرانیه

نه سایتش ایرانی نیست! تبلیغات رو متناسب با کشور بازدیدکننده نمایش میده... اگه از ایران باشی، تبلیغاتی رو نشون میده که توی کشور شما اهمیت بیشتری بهش داده میشه.
ولی هنوز قضیه گنگه، هیچکس به این سایت اعتراضی نداره و شکل و شمایل این سایت، اصلا شبیه سایت های کرک و غیرقانونی نیست. انگار یه سایت کاملا معتبر و قانونی هست. من که نفهمیدم والا!

نه سایتش ایرانی نیست! تبلیغات رو متناسب با کشور بازدیدکننده نمایش میده... اگه از ایران باشی، تبلیغاتی رو نشون میده که توی کشور شما اهمیت بیشتری بهش داده میشه.

باید در مورد کشوری که این وبگاه رو هاست کرده تحقیق کنی :) .
البته راه ساده تر وجود داره ، ابتدا آدرسش رو ping کنی بعدش توی گوگل به دنبال وبگاه هایی بگردی که مکان IP رو نشون میدن. احتمالا در یکی از کشورهای فاقد قانون درست و حسابی هاست شده ;D

این بازی ها بیشتر خاطرات را زنده میکنند ! تازه خود شرکت ها هم که دیگه rom ها را تولید نمیکنند و تا اونجا که من میدونم فروش مجدد صاحب بازی آزاده و طرف میتونه ۱ دلار هم بفروشه اون را.

ثبت دامنه رو لیزوب انجام داده ولی دلیل نمیشه که هاستینگ سایت هم با اون باشه
میشه بگید کجا گفته که هاستینگ با لیزوب است؟
با توجه به قوانین سختگیرانه کپی‌رایت در اتحادیه اروپا فکر نمی‌کنم شرکتهای هاستینگ اروپایی حاضر به هاستینگ چنین سایتهایی بشن مگه اینکه کارشون قانونی باشه
مهم نیست سرورهای لیزوب کجاست مهم اینه که شرکت نحت قوانین کشور هلند فعالیت میکنه

البته یه نکته دیگه هم هست، سایت http://theisozone.com/ فقط فایل های ایزوی بازی های قدیمی و بازی هایی که دیگه فروخته نمیشن رو میذاره. بازی هایی که تازه تولید شدند و هنوز درحال فروش هستند، توی اون سایت جایی ندارند. برای مثال، شما بازی Grand theft auto رو توی اون سایت سرچ بکنید. میبینید که تمام نسخه های این بازی توی اون سایت موجود هستند. اونم از نوع ویندوزی! ولی نسخه های جدیدش مثل GTA IV و GTA V اونجا اصلا پیدا نمیشن.

به عنوان مالک کپی رایت، و خالق این کاراکتر های مشهور، تنها نینتندو حق دارد از این قبیل دارایی های ارزشمند سود ببرد.

میشه بگید کجا گفته که هاستینگ با لیزوب است؟
توی whois که مستقیما اشاره نمیشه ! از روی name server ها که مشخصه ! در ضمن توی سایت netcraft.com میتونید اطلاعات بیشتری بگیرین. قطعا هاستش leaseweb هست.

تنها تعداد معدودی شرکت هستند که اجازه ثبت مستقیم دامین رو دارند نمونش Key-Systems که برای لیزمب انجام داده
توی whois که مستقیما اشاره نمیشه ! از روی name server ها که مشخصه ! در ضمن توی سایت netcraft.com میتونید اطلاعات بیشتری بگیرین. قطعا هاستش leaseweb هست.
