سلام میخواستم برنامه گلوباس رو نصب کنم.
طبق این آموزش:

ولی زمانی که دستور
./configureرو اجرا میکنم ارور زیر رو نشون میده:
checking build system type... x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu
configure: creating ./config.status

config.status: creating config.site
ممنون میشم راهنمایی کنید مشکل از چیه؟

سلام. خب چرا بسته‌های deb که خودش معرفی کرده نصب نمی‌کنی؟
از طریق زیر می‌تونی راحت برنامه‌ات رو نصب کنی.
۱. اضافه کردن مخزن گلوباس به سیستم
$ wget http://www.globus.org/ftppub/gt5/5.2/5.2.5/installers/repo/globus-repository-5.2-stable-squeeze_0.0.3_all.deb
$ sudo dpkg -i globus-repository-5.2-stable-squeeze_0.0.3_all.deb
۲. به‌روز رسانی لیست برنامه‌های قابل نصب
$ sudo apt-get update
۳. نصب برنامه‌ی مورد نظر:
$ sudo apt-get install globus-data-management-client

برای اینکه ببینی چه برنامه‌هایی رو می‌تونی نصب کنی.
۱. نصب برنامه‌ی synaptic
$ sudo apt-get install synaptic
۲. اجرا کردن اون و رفتن به:
Origin > globus

قبل از هر چیز بابت وقتی که گذاشتین و راهنمایی کردین تشکر
براساس نصب فایل deb که پیشنهاد دادین خواستیم پیش بریم، بیشتر فایل ها رو بی مشکل نصب کرد تا زمانی که دستور
apt-get install globus-resource-management-sdkوارد کردم با ارور زیر مواجه شدم:

وابستگی globus-rsl2 با برنامه ای که معرفی کردین(synaptic) نصب کردم ولی وابستگی libglobus-gsi-credential3 رو پیدا نمیکنه. و فایل های مشابه

رو گذاشتم برای دانلود و بعد از نصب باز هم ارور قبلی تکرار میشه.
برای این مشکل پیشنهادی دارین؟!
مشکلی که توی سوال اول مطرح شده بود؛ با اضاف کردن کردن یه سری آپشن به حالت زیر تغییر پیدا کرد:

ولی همچنان مشکل وجود داره!
با توجه به این دستورات برای این مشکل راه حلی دارین؟

۱. اوبونتو نسخه‌ی چند داری؟
۲. آخرین عکسی که گذاشتید کجاش پیغام خطا میده؟ :o
۳. برای نصب بسته‌های deb هم باید به عنوان باگ به وبگاه اصلی گزارش بدی تا حلش کنن.

از اوبونتو 14.04 استفاده میکنم!
تو تصویر آخر منظورم این بود که وقتی دستور زیر
./configure --build=x86_64وارد میکنم میگه:
Please use --with-flavor= to specify one
Use gcc as a prefix if you build with gccوقتی با آپشن هایی که گفته دستور رو وارد میکنم ارور میده که
checking build system type... x86_64-pc-none
configure: creating ./config.status
config.status: creating Makefile
config.status: creating config.site
و با ارور اول(بدون هیچ آپشن وارد کردن) فرقی نمیکنه! دیگه نمیدونم چکارش کنم؟!
برای گزارش و وبگاه اصلیش باید چکار کنم! و اینکه بسته libglobus-gsi-credential3 پیدا نمیکنه چطور؟

من نمی‌فهمم ;D آخه هیج جاش که ننوشته Error یا همچین چیزی.
برای نصب بسته‌های deb هم فکر کنم فهمیدم که مشکل از کجاست. آخه توی مخزنشون چیزی به اسم ۱۴٫۰۴ ندارن. یعنی هنوز بسته‌ها رو برای اون آماده نکردن.

اگه کار خاصی با اوبونتو ۱۴٫۰۴ نداری، می‌تونی بجاش ۱۲٫۰۴ نصب کنی (من خودمم از توزیعی بر پایه‌ی ۱۲٫۰۴ استفاده میکنم، تریسکل)

زمانی که برنامه QUANTUM ESPRESSO رو میخوام نصب کنم

بعد از زدن دستور
./configureبررسی رو انجام میده و در انتها configure: success رو میده.

در صورتی که برنامه گلوباس همچین خروجی رو نداره و همون ابتدا، کار رو متوقف میکنه، و پیام یا اروری ;D که میگم رو نشون میده.
الان برنامه رو میبرم توی اوبونتوی 13.04 تستش میکنم! به من گفتن اوبونتوی 12.04 یه سری باگ هایی داره که توی 13 تا حدودی برطرف شده.
فقط چون محددیت اینترنت دارم و مجبور نباشم دوباره وابستگی ها، کامپایلر و فایل های کتابخونه ایش رو دانلود کنم، چطوری برنامه به همراه پیش نیاز هایی که برای گلوباس هست رو انتقال بدم اوبونتوی جدید؟
از مسیر /var/cache/apt/archive/ چه فایل هایی رو بردارم،(از کجا باید بفهمم چه فایل هایی هستن) با برنامه ای که معرفی کردین هم میشه؟!
