عدم تنظیم ساعت توسط ntp

سلام یه سناریو دارم :
یه اوبونتو سرور داریم و دو تا کلاینت در ویرچوال باکس. اوبونتو سرور هم NAT و هم  host-only فعال است. کلاینت ها هم  host-only هستند. هر سه ماشین هم دیگه را ping میکنند. روی اوبونتو سرور ntp نصب کردم. این کانفیگ ntp است.

حالا روی کلاینت با دستور

میخوام زمان را با اوبونتو سرور سینک کنم این ارور را میگیرم.

چطور میشه کاری کرد که خود اوبونتو سرور بشه ملاک زمان و نیازی نباشه به اینترنت وصل باشه؟ کلاینت ها فقط زمان خودشان را با زمان اوبونتو سرور سینک کنند؟
