میشه یه توضیح کوتاه بدید که مشکل از کجا و چی بود ؟
و توضیحی هم در خصوص دستوری که دادید و اینکه چه کاری انجام داد این دستور بدهید ؟

خب شما اول باید بدونید که در آدرس /var/lib/apt/lists چی وجود داره
؟!
یه خروجی ازش بگیرید

قسمت اول و سوم که ترجمه کنید متوجه می شوید و در قسمت دوم اشاره به عامل خطا می باشد
. من به صورت کلی, با دو دستور, لیست رو پاک و آپدیت کردم
.بهتر بود دوستمون رو با این دستور راهنمایی می کردم :
rm /var/lib/apt/lists/ir.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_precise-proposed_main_i18n_Translation-en
آپشن f- و v- به ترتیب اشاره به force و verbose دارد
.در کل این نوع پیغام ها برای کاربران گنو/لینوکس آشناست
