مشکل در نصب مکاسب(نرم افزار حسابداری تحت لینوکس)

با سلام خدمت دوستان
من هنگام نصب برنامه مکاسب که از سایت زیر دریافت کردم با خطا مواجه میشم.
http://www.makasebsoft.ir/
تو سایتش گفته پیش نیازها رو نصب کنید که وقتی نصب کردم MySQL server  ازم پسورد خواست که بهش پسورد هم دادم .
حالا هنگام نصب فایل installer.sh با این خطا ها رو برو میشم.

حالا نرم افزار چون تحت جاوا هست اجرا میشه و در مرحله ثبت کاربر جلوی سطح دسترسی خالی هست و هر چیزی مینویسم ایراد میگیره.

توی چهارخط آخر نوشته: Access denied
فکر کنم مشکل از سطح دسترسی باشه. توی پوشه‌ی opt سطح دسترسی توی اون چجوری هست؟

منظورم از پوشه‌ی opt این‌جا هست:
chmod: cannot access ‘/opt/Makaseb’: No such file or directory

احتمالاً سطح دسترسی برای ساختن همچین پوشه‌‌ای (folder) روی رایانه‌ات رو نداره. من با پایگاه‌داده کار نکردم بلد نیستم.

چهار خط آخر داره پیغام خطا رو می‌گه:

من این پوشه ها رو به صورت دستی ساختم و مشکلات اولیه حل شد.
حالا مونده این چند خط
