مشکل در نصب gust addition در virtualbox

سلام.بچه ها من یه ویندوز توی virualbox نصب کردم ولی الان هرچی تلاش میکنم gust addtion هاش رو نصب کنم با این پیغام مواجه میشم:

Unable to mount the CD/DVD image /usr/share/virtualbox/VBoxGuestAdditions.iso on the machine Win7. Would you like to force mounting of this medium?
Could not mount the media/drive '/usr/share/virtualbox/VBoxGuestAdditions.iso' (VERR_PDM_MEDIA_LOCKED).
