به نظر میرسه به یه دلیلی که من نتونستم تشخیصش بدم TOR نمیتونه از پلهای obfs4 استفاده کنه.
پلاگین obfs4proxy نصبه ، نسخه TOR هم بروزه ، پرونده torrc هم درست پیکربندی شده.
