سلام. در حال حاضر برای بار دوم است که این اتفاق برای من افتاده. بنده وقتی از طریق فایل سیستم می‌خوام به یکی از درایور‌ها مراجعه کنم، با ارور زر مواجه میشم:

Metadata kept in Windows cache, refused to mount.
Failed to mount '/dev/sda1': Operation not permitted
The NTFS partition is in an unsafe state. Please resume and shutdown
Windows fully (no hibernation or fast restarting), or mount the volume
read-only with the 'ro' mount option.
یکبار از طریق ویندوز درایو‌های مورد نظر دفرگمنت کردم و مشکل حل شد. اما دوباره این مشکل بوجود اومده. امکان هست راهنمایی کنید که ایراد کار از کجاست؟ ممنون.
