بلاک بودن پورت TCP با آی پی 59536

سلام
من از یک نر افزار خاصی استفاده می کنم که خیلی برام مهمه ورژن های جدیدش یک همچین اروری میده:

FATAL: jserver at 127.0.0.1:59536 (mahyar-310-ubuntu) is not responding to messages.
jserver relaunch failed (jserver at 127.0.0.1:59536 (mahyar-310-ubuntu) is not responding to messages., 60 sec after relaunch)

با شرکت سازنده نرم افزار تماس گرفتم اونها جواب دادند

Your local machine is not accepting incoming TCP connections to a randomly selected port, 59536. This is necessary to launch jobs. Perhaps this Linux machine has a firewall running. This should be disabled. Instead rely on your gateway, internet switch, cable modem, etc. to block incoming connections from outside of your intranet. Again, this will require administrative (root) privileges to correct.

یعنی اینکه احتمالا فایروال داره جلوی پورت ۶۹۵۳۶ را می گیرد
از سیستم ستینگز فایر وال گرافیکی را غیر فعال کردم هیچی نشد باز هم همون ارور را می دهد
از دستور

sudo iptables -A INPUT -p tcp --dport 59536 -j ACCEP

استفاده کردم بازم هیچی نشد https://help.ubuntu.com/community/IptablesHowTo
کسی می دونه باید چی کار کرد؟! لطفا ساده بگید از پورت و اینها اصلا سر در نمی آورم
