سلام،
یعنی این که بعضی از پرونده‌های حاوی فهرست بسته‌ها پایین‌گذاری (download) نشدن. این می‌تونه به خاطر اشکال توی ارتباط با اینترنت یا اشکال خادم (server) پیش بیاد. دوباره apt-get update کن.

نمی‌گه tempها نیستن! می‌گه یکی دیگه داره با بسته‌ها ور می‌ره. شاید یه برنامه‌ی GUI یا Applet داره مثلاً یه کارایی می‌کنه. بررسی کن و اگر چیزی بود ببندش و دستور قبلی رو دوباره اجرا کن.
