خیلی ممنون که راهنمایی کردید.
من برای اطمینان به gnu@gnu.org هم ایمیل زدم که همین امروز جوابم رو داد و میزارمش اینجا(زبان انگلیسیم خوب نیست):
ایمیل من:
Hello
I don't know English well,I'm sorry if I speak badly.
I have a question about free software:
are free softwares free to use for everyone?
And does using a free software license for a software mean that the programmers agree with using software by everyone and everywhere?
for example: Are free softwares (like gcc,g++) free to use by Iran and Iranians?
I'm an Iranian,so I want to know the answer of my question.
Thanks.

Yes. If software is free, everyone has the freedom to run it. That
is freedom 0 (the first of four freedoms required to make software
free software). Please see
<http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/free-sw.html> for the full definition
of free software.

Yes, of course.
Thanks for supporting computer users' rights.
