سلام
من اوبونتو رو نصب کردم
1 - زمانی که میخوام فایل صوتی یا تصویری رو پخش کنم ، پیغام میده که فلان پلاگین رو پیدا نمی کنم . من چجور پخش کننده ی خودمو می تونم آپدیت کنم تا مشکلم برطرف بشه ؟ اصلا با آپدیت مشکل برطرف خواهد شد ؟
2 - حرف پ رو نمی تونم تایپ کنم ؟!
3 - من سه تا درایو برای خودم ساختم الف) ویندوز    ب ) اوبونتو   ج) داده های خودم   حال درایو داده های من که خالی هم بود نمایش داده نمیشه
4 - زمانی که میخوام نرم افزاری رو که از اینترنت دانلود کردم رو نصب کنم با پیغام زیر مواجه میشم :
an error occurred....

ممنون میشم موردی و کامل راهنمایی بفرمایید .

سلام.
۱) اگه شما دسترسی به نت داری، وقتی بهت پیام میده که باید پلاگین رو نصب کنه، شما اجازه بده که نصب کنه. و اگه نت داری و بعد از اجازه دادن هم باز نصب نمیشه پس برخی مخازنت غیرفعاله.
اول ترمینال رو باز کن و بزن
کد: [انتخاب]
sudo apt updateبعد از دادن رمز، صبر کن تا مخازنت آپدیت بشه. بعد دوباره اون فایل رو با پلیر باز کن و ایندفعه بذار نصب بشه پلاگین. باید اوکی بشه. اگه بازم نشد، یه پلیر نصب کن. مثلا vlc که کدک ها رو هم با خودش نصب میکنه. اینجوری:

sudo apt install vlc
۲) حرف پ همون دکمه ی M هست.
۳) خروجی این دستور رو توی تگ کد برامون بذار.

lsblk
۴) نرم افزار رو به هیچ وجه از داخل اینترنت دانلود و نصب نکن. اکثر برنامه ها داخل مخازن رسمی و قابل اعتماد هستن. ولی برنامه های خارج از مخازن دیگه بهشون نمیشه اعتماد کرد.

رسول جان ممنونم از راهنمایی هات اما از سوال هم مشخصه که کاملا آماتور هستم
بنده منظور از ترمینال رو نمیدونم و اصلا نمیدونم کجا هست .

اشکالی نداره. همه‌مون اولش تازه کار بودیم  ;)
ببین ترمینال یه برنامه‌س که شمارو به سیستم عامل وصل میکنه تا بتونی بهش دستور بدی تا برات یه کاری انجام بده. اون محیط رو بهش میگن شل که ترمینال اون محیط رو به شما نشون میده. با زدن ctrl+alt+t میتونی بازش کنی. یا دش رو باز کنی (اون آیکن اول توی لانچر) و اونجا Terminal رو سرچ کنی و بازش کنی. بعد اونجا میزنی

sudo apt updateبه فاصله ها و کوچک و بزرگی حروف دقت کن.
بعد از نوشتن این دستور و زدن enter، بهت میگه رمز سیستم رو بده. رمز سیستم هم همونیه که موقع نصبش، براش انتخاب کردی. موقع وارد کردن رمز، چیزی نشونت نمیده (انگار که قفل کرده و چیزی نمی نویسه) ولی در حقیقت اون پشت داره رمز رو مینویسه و ترمینال متوجه میشه. این قابلیت برای حفظ امنیته که رمز شما توی تاریخچه ی دستورات ذخیره نشه و همین طور دیگران هم با دیدن مانیتور، رمز رو نبینن. بعد از دادن رمز و زدن enter باید صبر کنی تا یه سری لیست بیاد و دانلودشون کنه. بعد که همه رو گرفت، بهت میگه که تموم شد و فرمون ترمینال رو باز برمیگردونه به خودت تا دستورات بعدی رو بزنی.  ;)

برای باز کردن ترمینال کلید ترکیبی Ctrl+Alt+T رو بزن
برای آشنایی با صفحه کلید هم این رو ببین

لطف کن این کد هارو بذار داخل تگ کد. موقع نوشتن، همون تولباری که توش bold کردن متن و ... هست، یه شکل # هست که اگه بزنیش یه تگ کد ظاهر میشه و خروجی این دستورات رو بذار بیان اون تگ ها تا بشه راحت‌تر دیدشون  ;)
بعدم توی پست قبلی گفتم که اول بزن

رسول جان با آپدیت کردن هم مشکلم حل نشد .
مشکل درایو داده هم که عرض کردم حلش کردم با استفاده از disk

یه چیز دیگه. توزیعت از اونجایی که Utopic هست پس میشه ۱۴٫۱۰ که پشتیبانیش تموم شده. دلیل این اررورها هم همینه. توزیعی نصب کردی که دیگه ساپورت نمیشه. ۱۵٫۱۰ رو دانلود کن و نصب کن  ;)

سلام
شما دارید از اوبونتوی ۱۴٫۱۰ استفاده می‌کنید. این نسخه پشتیبانیش تمام شده.
نسخه‌های عادی از زمان انتشار به مدت ۹ ماه پشتیبانی می‌شن اما نسخه‌های LTS از زمان انتشار به مدت ۵ سال پشتیبانی می‌شن.
اوبونتوی ۱۴٫۰۴ نسخهٔ LTS هست. البته اوبونتوی ۱۶٫۰۴ هم که احتمالاً در اردیبهشت سال ۹۵ منتشر می‌شه هم LTS هست.
اوبونتوی ۱۵٫۱۰ دارای ۹ ماه پشتیبانی از زمان انتشاره.
نکته ۱: هر شش ماه یک نسخهٔ جدید از اوبونتو منتشر می‌شود.
نکته ۲: نحوهٔ نام‌گذاری اوبونتو به این صورته که مثلاً اگر در سال ۲۰۱۴ میلادی و ماه ۴ منتشر بشه، اسمش می‌شه اوبونتو ۱۴٫۰۴.

نسخه های مختلف دانلود کردم و به روش های مختلف رایت کردم اما هیچ کدام بوت نمیشه
دیگه خسته شدم از بس به روش های مختلف رایت کردم .
