Hi AhmadHamzeei,I am a Developer Relations engineer at source{d}, a startup which aims to improve developer recruitment. After analyzing your open source contributions on Github, we think that you could be a good fit as Backend Engineer at TravelPerk (http://travelperk.com/) in Barcelona.TravelPerk is an application created for travellers, by travellers with the goal of making business travel management suck less. They aim to provide the best user experience whilst continuing to adapt and develop for the needs of the industry and their clients.Their current stack includes Python and Django on the backend side with asynchronous tasks handled with Celery. They are also using Node.js and their web client is built with React. TravelPerk is looking for a Senior Python engineer who enjoys working with Django and will design, architect and implement the backend of their product.As a backend engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation and testing of the system architecture. On a day-to-day basis, you will be working with a Python codebase built on Django. In addition to this skill, a strong track record in REST API’s and experience writing effective asynchronous code using Celery would be highly regarded. Specifically, as external API integrations are a very important component, you would have a good knowledge of SOAP, XML-RPC and REST. Furthermore, you will be working in an agile environment with strong attention to a well-documented code, unit testing and continuous integration.TravelPerk believes in an unlimited vacation policy and a flexible work schedule. You will also have the opportunity to dedicate as much work time to learning about things that interest you, even if they are not directly related to your daily tasks.The salary will be between €40,000 and €45,000 on top of a bonus and equity in the company. You will be joining their office in Barcelona, Spain, on a full-time basis, so relocating as well as visa for non European citizens is fully supported.
