مشکل update

سلام
من از اوبونتو 14.10 استفاده می کنم(تازه این توزیع رو نصب کردم) ولی می خوام update کنم از هر مخزنی استفاده می کنم این ارور رو میده:

باید چی کار کنم؟

پشتیبانی از این نسخه تموم شده

تو میتونی الان فقط از نسخه های ۱۲.۰۴ ،۱۴.۰۴ و ۱۵.۱۰ استفاده کنی
که ۱۲.۰۴ سال بعد پشتیبانیش تموم میشه یه بار۱۴.۰۴ رو نصب کن و تا ۲۰۱۹ اژ اون استفاده کن

یا حتی بهتر ، 20 روز صبر کنید تا 16.04 بیاد که تا 2021 پشتیبانی میشه

اونجوری که من از یه منبع موثق شنیدم بهتره ما قبل آخرین نسخه LTS رو نصب کنی بهتره .
