انداختم روی سرور اصلی
http://archive.ubuntu.com/
درست شد.

در هر صورت اگر کسی دستشون به سرور دار می رسه بگه سرور مشکل پینگ داره

اینجا پینگ میشه. در هر صورت پینگ شدن و در دسترس بودن دو چیز متفاوت هستند و مستقیما ربطی به هم ندارند.
