The question from a new user

Hello everybody! I am new to the site forum.ubuntu-ir.org
Could anyone, please, advise if there is a lot of
spam and unscrupulous advertising. Can I trust
all this information, which is present at this forum?
Sorry for stupid questions, I just really want know which
information I should trust or even pay attention.

Hi there and welcome to your own forum site.
We really enjoy seeing new faces here and love to help everyone with any problems or questions. As for your questions that this site is trustworthy or not, as a fullmember being ranked here I always had the answers to my questions and the replies were all satisfying to my needs. I would say almost 95% of the answers and guids you get here are correct and do guid you towards a solution, so there is nothing to worry at all. People here are very responsible for their answers and take account for what they say. once again I do urge you to post any questions or ideas here in your own forums and we will be glad to answer as many as we could.

Don't know maybe our guest is mad of advertising spams in one of our forum boards.
To be honest I have to say, Yes! we have rarely unwanted Spams. We are looking for antispam solutions and for now we ban those spammers ip address and block them from sending again manually.
The first and suggested solution to get rid of this kind of spammers is maybe blocking guests from sending or replying in our forums, but we don't want this. We would like to have guests talking and commenting here. We would like to have completely Free Forums for every body talking about Free Software! Keeping these forums free for every body is one of our policies.
Now, what we do to have quality forums. These are policies and rules everybody should accept and obey here, users can easily report bad posts and forum admins/moderatos will remove/edit those posts.
Don't know if our replies satisfied you. Feel free to ask if still questions in mind

I just really want know which

About the news, all news come to news side of http://www.ubuntu.ir are official.

Don't you think you have been trapped in a simple spam post? (you may consider me as a pessimistic person, may be I'm!)
I have a question first! how could our guest post a thread in English when almost anything is in Persian here?

Dear Mehdi!, do you want to have an open forum to the guests forever?
dont you think after a certain period of time, you may ban posting from unregistered users? I know you want an open forum but have you considered the age of our forum? dont you thing you may have an extreme amounts of spams in the future?
I really dont like this but I think stopping guests from post treads may be a usefull way

with a simple search on "spam" on SMF website, I found some usefull spam protection plogins or tools! I woder if you prefere using them or not!
