سلام. مودم با مارک Genius و مدل GM56PCI-LA هستش. scan modem را هم انجام دادم ولی خوب از فایل ModemِData.txt چیزی نفهمیدم. بسکه زیاد بود.
میشه کمکم کنید؟

سلام از راهنمايي شما خيلي ممنونم.خوب من دستوالعمل هاي موجود در فايل ويكي آموزش نصب مودم Lucent را خوندم و مشكل برام پيش اومد:
در فايل آموزش گفته بود:

   1. اکنون راه اداز را برای اولین بار اجرا کنید:

$ sudo modprobe ltserial
$ sudo modprobe ltmodem

دستور فوق می بایست یک درگاه(port) در /dev/modem ایجاد کند و شما میتوانید در پیکربندی برنامه شماره گیرتان(dialer) از آن استفاده کنید.

   1. برخی مواقع متاسفانه ممکن است با پیام خطایی "FATAL: module not found" در این مرحله مواجه شوید.

توجه داشته باشید در صورتی که شما از نسخه Ubuntu 5.04 Hoary استفاده می کنید، این نسخه از هسته(kernel) نسخه2.6.10 استفاده می کند و با این ماجول مشکلاتی دارد. برای رفع آن، در فایل /boot/grub/menu.lst که خطی شامل pci=routeirq در آن است، بصورت زیر ویرایش کنید:

دقت داشته باشید شماره ی پارتیشن روت رو درست وارد کنید وگرنه هرگونه عواقب اشتباهتون رو باید بپذیرید!

خوب كه براي من هم دقيقا همين خطاي FATAL: module not found
 پيش اومد و وقتي من به فايل boot/grub/menu.lst مراجعه كردم ديدم كه كدهاش اون چيزي هست كه در زير اومده و هر جوري تغييرش دادم فايده نداشت:

سلام. جايگزين كردم.گراب را هم آپديت كردم. اما باز هم ميگه :    FATAL: module not found
ديگه بايد چيكار كنم؟

الته يه سر هم به اينجا زدم و از توي جدولي كه بود دهمين بسته از ليست را كه با معماري سيستم من هماهنگ بود را دانلود كردم و وقتي كه توي لينوكس از حالت زيپ در آوردمش و فايل با پسوند deb. را اجرا كردم ارور داد كه مثل اينكه يه بسته اي به نام alsa-driver-linuxant احتياج داره.اينو از كجا گيرش بيارم؟

سلام. ممنونم از راهنماييتون. خوب من حالا فعلا دارم اينو دانلود مي كنم تا ببينم  چي مي شه.منتهي از همون راه Lucent نمي شد؟ آخه اين درايور كه الان مي خوام نصب كنم يه مشكلي كه داره اينه كه چون نسخه ي رايگان هست ماكزيمم سرعت مودم 14.4 كيلوبايت بر ثانيه هست. البته براي مودم ديال آپ من خوبه ولي خوب اگه اين محدوديت هم نباشه كه ديگه عالي ميشه.(منظورم از همون راه Lucent هست)

سلام.آخه چرا اينجوريه؟
من هر كاري مي كنم نمي شه.ببين رفتم اون بسته ي alsa-driver-linuxant را هم دانلود كردم اون هم يه بسته ي ديگه نياز داشت تا خلاصه هرچي بسته بود را دانلود كردم و دونه دونه از اون پاييني نصب كردم تا دوباره رسيدم به همين libc6-dev_2.7-10_i386.deb و وقتي خواستم نصبش كنم دوباره گفت كه نياز به بسته ي libc6 داره و نصب نيست . در صورتي كه من خودم چندتاش را دانلود و نصب كرده بودم .ليست كل بسته هايي كه من براي نصب مودم پيدا كردم از اين قراره:

• gcc-4.3-base_4.3.0-5_i386.deb
• ibgcc1_4.3.0-5_i386.deb
• libc6-udeb_2.7-10ubuntu3_i386.udeb
• libc6_2.5-0ubuntu14_i386.deb
• libc6-dev_2.7-10_i386.deb
• alsa-driver-linuxant_1.0.16.1-1_all.deb
• hsfmodem_7.68.00.10full_k2.6.24_16_generic_ubuntu_i386.deb

البته بايد بگم كه موقع نصب libc6_2.5-0ubuntu14_i386.deb ارور مي داد و مي گفت كه ورژن بعدي اين بسته در حال حاضر نصب شده!
در ضمن من همه ي اين بسته ها را با دبل كليك روي بسته هاي ي deb و برنامه ي Package Installer نصب كردم.
خوب بايد با اين libc6 چيكار كنم؟كسي اگه لينكي داره كه جزء مواردي كه در بالا گفتم؛نيست و بدرد مي خوره بزاره لطفا.

یک فولدر درست کنید و همه این بسته ها رو به داخل اونجا منتقل کنید. بعد از طریق محیط دستوری (ترمینال) وارد اون فولدر بشید و دستور زیر رو اجرا کنید:

این دستور علاوه بر اینکه خودش تشخیص میده که کدوم بسته باید اول نصب بشه و کدوم بسته بعد از اون نصب بشه (منظور رعایت dependency هست) اگر هم بسته جدیدتر نصب باشه ولی بسته های فعلی نیاز به بسته قدیمی تر یک برنامه خاص را که در حال حاضر برای نصب موجود هست داشته باشند، اون بسته قدیمی‌تر رو هم نصب می کنه.

سلام.من چيزي را كه گفتين انجام دادم ولي خوب بازم يه خطا داد كه چندتا بسته ديگه مي خواد.من هم اسم بسته ها را نديدم و ترمينال را بستم.بعد دوباره براي اينكه بتونم بفهمم چه بسته هايي مي خواسته؛ همون دستور را براي نصب همه ي فايل ها اجرا كردم كه خوب يه سري فايل بروكن (Broken ) به وجود اومد كه حدود هزارو پانصدو خورده اي مي شد (البته فكر كنم چون من چند بار دستور نصب برنامه ها را اجرا كردم).بعد هم كه از طريق ...synaptic خواستم حذفشون كنم ارور داد كه حذف اين فايل ها مي تونه لينوكس را از كار بندازه(يه سري بسته هايي هم بروكن شده بود كه من اصلا كاري باهاشون نداشتم مثل acl و ...)خوب حالا چطوري اين فايل هاي بروكن را حذفشون كنم به طوري كه لينوكس آسيب نبينه؟
لطفا راهنمايي كنيد چون دوباره مي خوام اون بسته هاي مودم را نصب كنم.

دستور زیر رو استفاده کنید تا بسته های brocken رو ترمیم کنه:

سلام.خوب من قبلا گزينه ي Fix broken packages را زده بودم ولي ديدم رفت سراغ حذف بسته ها و در واقع همون كار را مي خواست انجام بده (انگار تنها راه تعمير بسته هاي بروكن را حذف اونها تشخيص داده بود).در ضمن من نمي دونم چرا 511 تا بسته بروكن شده؟! موقع fix كردن هم كه در واقع مي خواد همش را حذف كنه يه بسته هايي كه من اصلا كاري باهاشون نداشتم مثل acl يا بسته ي موزيك پلير اوبونتو كه اسمش يه چيزي تو مايه هاي ...Ryth هست را توي ليست حذف داره.حالا با اين دستوري كه شما مي گي دوباره نمي ره سراغ حذف اون بسته ها و خطا بده كه با حذف اين بسته ها لينوكس ديگه قابل استفاده نخواهد بود؟

این دستور سعی میکنه بسته های ناقص رو اگر امکان داره از اینترنت دانلود کنه و اگه امکان نداره اون بسته های اضافی که بر روی سیستم نصب شده اند رو حذف کنه. بعضی از کتابخانه ها هستند که برای کارکرد اوبونتو خیلی حیاتی هستن مثل libc6 اگر شما ورژن جدیدتر این بسته رو نصب کرده باشید ولی به طور ناقص چون در حین نصب ورژن جدیدتر ورژن قدیمی‌تر لازم هست که اول پاک بشه تا ورژن جدیدتر نصب بشه و نصب ورژن جدیدتر هم دچار مشکل بشه و امکان تعمیر اون نباشه و تنها راه پاک کردن اون باشه، اون وقت این بسته حیاتی به کل پاک میشه و برنامه هایی هم که نیازمندش هستن به طبع نمی تونن کار بکنند و ممکنه در نهایت کار به نصب مجدد اوبونتو بکشه.


پ‌ن: بلایی که یکبار سر خود من اومد همین مورد بود! تصویر خیلی زیبایی بود ! «تک تک» برنامه ها رو شروع کرد به پاک کردن. از برنامه های کاربردی گرفته تا apt-get و dpkg و .... در یک کلام «همه چیز» ! آخرش هم وسطهای پاک کردن قفل کرد و مجبور شدم از نو اوبونتو نصب کنم.

در ضمن چرا اين كتابخانه ي libc6  كه به گفته ي شما حياتي هست به طور پيشفرض توسط اوبونتو نصب نمي شه؟ در قسمت بالاي دسكتاپ من هم يه علامت ورود ممنوع هست كه توي عكس زير هم معلومه و وقتي اجراش مي كنم و نمي تونه به اينترنت وصل بشه قرمز مي شه:

سلام.بعد از پست بالا من دوبار اوبونتو را مجبور شدم دوباره نصب كنم ولي در آخرين اوبونتو هم كه نصب كرده بودم نتونستم مودم را نصب كنم.من فايل هاي زير را داخل يك پوشه به نام Modem  ريختم و اين پوشه را گذاشتم روي دسكتاپ.

بايد چيكار كنم؟يعني اون فايل هايي كه ليستشون را همون اول گفتم با هم سازگار نيستن؟
