یه مشکل به APT-GET (حل شد )

سلام
من یه اوبونتو دسکتاب یه جا نصبیدم یه مشکل کوچک باهاش دارم.
من فایل مخازن رو از همین جا ریختم داخلش و اوبونتو رو update کردم
حالا هر بسته رو که می خوام دانلود کنم به من ارور می ده
مثلا:

شما یک برنامه دیگر مدیریت بسته های نرم افزاری در حال اجرا دارید. برای اینکه apt-get کار کنه، باید این برنامه رو ببندید. (مثلا شاید Add/Remove یا Synaptic تون در حال اجرا باشه)

اگر برنامه‌ی Package Management دیگری در حال اجرا نیست و باز هم این خطا رو روبرو می‌شوی باید "var/lib/dpkg/lock/" رُ توسط دستور زیر حذف کنی:

و سپس دوباره برای نصب بسته و یا استفاده از apt-get کوشش کن !
